Is the gift card physical or virtual?
The gift card is virtual. We send a PDF file with the recipient’s name and the experience details. It can be sent to the purchaser or directly to the recipient, according to your preference.
How can I make the payment?
You can pay via Pix, payment link, or in person at one of our locations, using cash or credit card.
What if the person cancels?
The gift card can be refunded within 7 days of purchase if it has not yet been used. After this period, the amount is non-refundable, but the card can be transferred to another person or used by the purchaser if the recipient cannot attend.
What is the validity of the gift card?
The gift card is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
